Employee Resource Groups at Energetiq
Energetiq offers several Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in order to promote communication, increase awareness, and gain knowledge in groups centered around crucial subject matters. As our company expands, we are actively creating new ERG's centered around our employees interests.
Events ERG
The mission of the Energetiq Technology Events ERG is to strengthen the social bonds of fellow employees through events centered around various activities as well as food and drinks. We aim to hold events with varying focus on the fun of trying new things while enjoying each other’s company.
The Events ERG currently plans to hold events roughly quarterly. These events may be on or off-site.
Health Wellness and Hiking ERG
Energetiq’s Health Wellness and Hiking ERG was created to promote, advocate, and support healthy routines to encourage and sustain mental health and physical well-being. The group aims to create an open space and opportunity to practice this in the workplace often through activities, hikes and discussions. Overall, this group aims to provide helpful resources to promote self-care and wellbeing.
Environmental ERG
The Environmental ERG aims to promote environmental awareness throughout the organization both as an internal green initiative as well as in support of our ISO:14001 certification.
Some topics related to environmental awareness include the benefits of local sourcing, tips to reduce energy consumption, promotion of recycling, how to support local flora/fauna, and more.
Video Game ERG
The Video Game ERG serves as a dynamic hub for fostering camaraderie, skill-building, and inclusivity within our workforce. Anchored by our shared passion for gaming, we leverage our collective expertise to develop innovative training video games and orchestrate engaging company-wide events. Beyond professional development, our ERG provides a supportive sanctuary where gamers can connect with other gamers, fostering a culture of belonging and empowerment.
Women's ERG
The Women’s ERG fosters a supportive community, empowering women through networking, mentorship, and professional development. The ERG advocates for inclusivity, shares their personal experiences, and drives positive change within the organization.
Veterans ERG
The Veterans ERG mission is to create a supportive and inclusive community that honors veterans and their families and ensure that no veteran walks alone on their path to a successful post-military career.Debbie Gustafson
