Account Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to support our Account Management team in managing and nurturing our key OEM and emerging OEM customer base. You will be pivotal in driving customer success, ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services, enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management Support: Collaborate with the Account Management team to oversee key OEM accounts and region-specific sales teams. Provide daily support and serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders. Address and resolve customer issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention. Facilitate growth at regional sales teams by aligning and prioritizing their requests with internal teams.
- Project Coordination: Oversee and manage projects related to key accounts, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer expectations. Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Manufacturing and Product Management to communicate and address project deliverables, failure analysis, special testing requirements and product quality issues.
- Forecasting and Planning: Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, account plans, and performance reports. Analyze account data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Contract and Proposal Management: Aid in the creation and execution of customer proposals, contracts, and agreements. Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and company policies.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key account performance metrics and prepare regular reports for the Account Management team. Recommend actions to optimize account performance.
- Customer Insights: Collect and analyze customer feedback and market trends. Provide recommendations for improvements in products, services, and processes.
- Administrative Support: Manage account-related documentation, schedules, and communications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to ensure efficient account management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering. Material Science, Physics or Optics or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in account management, program management, or a related role, with a strong preference for experience in semiconductor equipment, optical metrology, light sources or optics.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities with a proven track record of delivering results through cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in analyzing data to generate actionable insights.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Location: Wilmington MA
- Travel: Approximately 15% (Valid passport and driver’s license).
