EUV Mechanical Engineer Intern
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Mechanical Engineering Coop/Intern who is looking to apply their knowledge of mechanical components and CAD software to create and update drawings to current manufacturing standards. This will require working with the mechanical engineers and change management group to formally release the revised drawings.
The selected intern will also assist R&D and manufacturing efforts as needed and support any required documentation as part of these efforts, including but not limited to experimental data collection, process improvements, and drawing release.
Key Responsibilities
- Documentation review and correction based on current state of manufacturing
- Understanding and application of change management system to formally release drawing changes
- Learn how to apply technical knowledge to improve manufacturing operations in real-world scenarios
- Documentation control
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
- Junior or Senior working towards bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to explore different solutions to problems
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently
- Self-motivated with the ability to drive projects according to plan
- Occasional work in clean room environment will require the wearing of PPE
Preferred Qualifications
- Solidworks and PDM experience
- Use of basic hand tools
- Ability to acquire new skills and knowledge with minimal guidance
