In its inaugural year, the Rising Stars Awards program celebrates young researchers, scientists, and other industry up-and-comers for their dedication to the field and who are on a path toward leadership in the future.

Mae Steinberg, Senior Marketing Manager at Energetiq

Mae Steinberg has served as senior marketing manager at Energetiq (Wilmington, MA) for nearly five years. During that time, she has brought much energy to the company and continues her dedication to learn and grow.

She works very closely with SPIE and SEMI to ensure Energetiq is making a positive impact in the global market, and also works closely with the company’s customer base as well as the team at Hamamatsu (Energetiq’s parent company). Throughout and since the pandemic of 2020, Steinberg has written a weekly employee newsletter to keep everyone informed of the happenings at the company as well as how all employees can make an impact on ESG. She is known as a key employee for Energetiq and continues make a difference in the photonics market.
